I hope spmeone can help. I am a new FAA private pilot. I currently live in Italia and wish to use my new skills to fly. I understand that with an FAA license I can only fly American registered aircraft (N-numbered). I was hoping someone could help me to find any single engine N-numbered planes, preferrably Cessna 172, or can someone explain how I can get a temporary JAR to fly Italian aircraft.
I would very much appreicate any help. I love flying and hate that I am unable to right now!

Thanks!
