I think you are correct. The VIP fleet is leased and crewed by the RAAF.

I suspect the photo on the web site was just a file photo rather than an example of their crew placement.

Yes, the RAAF use their own crews in 34 Squadron. I've flown with a few of their x crews and they have a few good stories to tell :ok:
