Seneca IV or V for rental/share in SE?

Does anyone know of a Seneca IV or V available either for rental or share in the UK south east please/closer to London would be better? Would consider a well kitted IFR spec Seneca III.

I have a customer who owns a very nice Seneca V and is looking to either sell or rent out. How many hours are you looking for - is it regular use? PM if you want me to put you in direct contact with the owner. The aircraft is based SW London.
