Anyone know the reason for the aborted takeoff at LCA quite recently (I believe it was yesterday).

Well, just spotted this news, and my contact at LCA tells me said A320 is on the remote apron hybernating. This obviously means whatever the problem was/is twas sufficient to ground the aircraft. Further investigations tomorrow should hopefully reveal more. Engine change perhaps ?

Just been told, it was an engine surge just as the aircraft was applying full power for T/O. It wasn't rolling. It required a change of a Fuel Supply Unit (whatever that is) today.
