I am looking for a place in the US that offers a JAA approved MCC course. I found a few schools in the US advertising JAA flight training with the MCC course, but it's always in cooperation with a UK school.

Maybe there are no approved MCC courses in the US?

It is unlikely that there are now any JAA/EASA MCC courses in the US. Few, if any US ATOs employ JAA/EASA licensed instructors and FAA certified instructors, authorised in accordance with Appendix 1 to JAR-FCL 1.300, are not permitted to give instruction for the MCC course. FSI used to hold approval for the modular MCC course at the Wichita Learning Center and at Vero Beach but when the UK CAA were taken to task by the JAA for ignoring the requirements, both approvals were withdrawn.

Thanks. Too bad but that is how things go sometimes.

Pan Am in Miami offers an EASA MCC course - they are subcontracted by some of the schools.

Thanks BigGrecian.

Didn't see MCC listed specifically on the Pan Am site but they do offer CRM so dropped them a line.
