Classical vasovagal shock

Hi guys,
One of my friend has Clasical Vasovagal Shock thing .it triggers whenever he is injected/blood collection done but his class 1 medical is done & is declared fit,if this happens again what are the chances to his career?

It is a normal reaction particularly in the young so provided it only occurs as a reaction to a trigger it is normal and has no effect on his career
