Richard Champion de Crespigny's book "QF32" is out and available electronically, at least in the U. S. (and I assume Australia, where it was published and is also available in hard copy). Fascinating even if you think you know "all about" the incident.
One suggestion: Skip the first half of the book and start reading where the actual flight operation starts. The first half is an autobio of de Crespigny's life pre-QF32, and he can be painfully immodest...
