I am looking for publications regarding balked landing procedures according EU-OPS (JAA) standards. Anybody out there who can help me.

What are the legal requirements if you have to do a BL.
-Can you follow the published missed?
-Do you have to remain VMC?
-Do you have to have your company published BL procedures?

I really would appreciate any input regarding this subject, especially the legal document where to find it.
