I just did my p-check, but won't be able to get it issued on my license for a week. Say that I fly to a different country and a caa agent wants to check the pilots licenses. Will my license along with document proof of my completion of p-check and I/R be satisfactory for said caa representative?

I would really appreciate answers a.s.a.p

Proficiency check aside and assuming your prior instrument rating has expired, I would say no - it is not satisfactory. It might be worth looking at the regulations of the state from which your license was issued for exact validity. Good luck.
