Requirements for upgrade:
max 55 yrs of age, no disciplinary action, a minimum of 2 LPC/OPC and 1 line check with grade 4 (3???) as average.
3 yrs from line check AND operating SFO;
total 5000 hrs on narrow body,
6000 hrs on A300,
6500 hrs on A330-A340-B777
apart from this the SFO MUST have been in the fleet for at least 2 yrs and have 1000 hrs flown in the aircraft where the upgrade is taking place, AND, FOR WB he must have flown at least 2000 hrs of experience on a/c > 100.000 kgs MTOW.
Now, the question is ...: WHY THE MANAGEMENT SELECTED 3 PILOTS EX A330 FOR THE UPGRADE ON B777 WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT YET?:=:=:=
Some guys says they had an agreement with the management prior their course on B777....
So, the good news is that a sort of negotiations is possible in this airline :D:D:D
