Hi Guys, I know this has been done before but the threads were ancient, trying to find a manual for a Islander, have a few hundred hours on them a few years back but never thought about photocopying it for reference. I am not looking to fly it again just to do some quick study of the systems. By any chance does anyone have the systems section or the whole thing that they are able to PM me?
Cheers in advance SO :ok:

I didnt know they made manuals, they where all automatics in my day???:E

They have two engines, make lots of noise, and on a hot day the noise will drive you to sleep!

Everything happens at 65kts:

The BN3 or Tri-Islander made three times as much noise, still put me to sleep, and still worked at 65kts:

And was an automatic::=:=

They came standard fit with ADF's: wot wot wot is an ADF!:zzz:

Contact David Baddams the manager of the Islander agency based at Tamworth. Doubtless he has the pertinent information you want.

I went deaf after a long day in one, after that I was happy to move on, but you never know what people will ask from your history. Most other types I have flown have been fairly different so I kept the information but the islander was just a step and forget... Until now.
