I have received a request from a girl friend who is currently completing an MBA.

Her dissertation is a research project into FO demographics comparing easyJet with British Airways and requested some assistance.

Rather than directly approach people at each company I thought it easier to post the request here in the hope that she will receive more responses.

If you can spare the time - she tells me no more than 10 mins then you will be helping her research for which she is very grateful.

The link is:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FYNGGWM

From me, thank you for those that do take part. Any questions, I will attempt to answer, but it may take a little while.

City Flyer - thanks for the suggestion and a valid point raised. From my experience and reading these forums it would suggest many of the target audience are not balpa members.

That said I will see if I can get it posted as it is a good suggestion.

IUN.

I would also get her to check her work. Question 23 is the same as question 24. :ugh:Not very professional when asking people to give up their time.

also:I have received a request from a girl friend who is currently completing an MBA.How many girlfriends do you have you lucky dog.;)

Over 90% of BA F/Os are BALPA members, so it would be an idea to contact BALPA to get the survey placed on BA forums.

It's been a while since I was a member but is BALPA still effective?

Reading these forums, they don't seem to be at stopping the flexi-crew juggernaut at EZY UK.

For those that have taken time to respond a 'thank you' from Laura. Approaching 100 responses sunday afternoon.

I emailed the comments over the weekend and they have been noted... I understand there will be no changes but 1-to-1 interviews will be held next.

Apparently this is the first part of the research and the interviews will explore further based on these results. I have suggested the comments here should be used here for some questions, in particular the flexi/perm debate at ezy.

Bin - many girlfriends, one wife :O

Noted the comment re Q23 & 24 - hardly a major issue but Laura informed.

Thank you all again, keep them coming. :ok:
