So much for Ramadan... A drunk Arab prince was threatened with 50,000-volt Tasers by gun cops after trying to storm the flight deck of a British Airways jet.
The billionaire, 28 — who was sozzled by 10am — had jumped up from his £2,700 First Class seat to complain to the captain about “poor” service before the Boeing 777 took off from Heathrow to Bahrain.
Crew members called armed cops, who pointed stun guns at the prince after he refused to calm down.
The royal — said to be a close relative of Bahrain’s King Hamed bin Isa Al Khalifa — was hauled off Flight BA125 and taken to the West London airport’s police station. The prince had his DNA, mugshot and fingerprints taken before being released on bail.
A passenger said: “We were terrified when the armed police came on and started pointing Tasers at him.”
A BA spokesman confirmed a customer “was off-loaded from the London to Bahrain service” and appeared to be “intoxicated”. Scotland Yard said a man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.

A Billionair at the age of 28, sounds more like a Saudi!

He should have flown Gulfair, he would have been pleased with the service and stayed in his seat.

It's really nothing new. Every royal family has it's naughty boy. They often forget to behave outside their circus and get into trouble! Just keep focused why you are there.

Perhaps the threat of tear gas and rubber bullets would have been more effective? :E

Its time of Ramadan.. the Prince is assumed to be MUSLIM... should be ashamed of himself.. to his religion and crown...

Especially it is the time of Ramadan (fasting) ..While fasting from dawn until sunset Muslims are supposed to refrain from consuming food, drinking liquids and sexual relations. According to Islam, the sawab (rewards) of fasting are many, but in this month, they are believed to be multiplied.

I guess his rewards are revoked by Allah... :ok:

I get a number of the same kinds here in Kuwait. Members of the royal family fly with us on occasion; we are a LCC no first class, and they expect first class treatment. I have even been asked to hold a flight as they where running late. Shopping in duty free don't you know. Off loaded bags closed door we were gone.

By the way there are literally hundreds of sheikhs and sheikas out there. They all think themselves as prince and princes.

Hey if you where so royal then charter a flight.
