Do lionair recruit experienced FO's , without charging them for the line training etc I am 737 tared 1k on type , I have been looking into asia to start flying again and apparently they have a huge shortage of crew...?

Unfortunately no. There's to much money to be made they way it is now for them to turn to experienced crew. And there is no shortage of CPL holders willing to pay.
