Years ago I used to receive an A5 booklet with very brief incident reports/MOR's
I think it was sent out quarterly.
I've been trying to find the publications online on the CAA site but no joy.
Does anyone know what the publication was called and if I can find it online?
Thanks

I think it may be this, the Occurrence Report from the safety data analysis unit or department, must have had at least one name change, used to come with the posted out, hard copy GASILs;
List of GASIL | Publications | About the CAA (http://www.caa.co.uk/application.aspx?catid=33&pagetype=65&appid=11&mode=list&type=sercat&id=7)
It's the second, smaller download for each month.
The CAA website is still pretty shit if you're trying to search for something, unless you're on it a lot and have a decent idea where to go in the first place. Not as bad as it once was probably, but still not very good.

Thats not what they are on about.
When you have an instructors rating and tick a box saying you want all the safety stuff sent they sent you the full MOR/incident reviews quaterly.
When your instructor rating runs out they stop sending you them.
They are what for a better word "restricted" to industry because when they were public access on dull news days they just used to trot out some rubbish from them.
Cat operators also get the ones for the bigger aircraft as well.
You can't get them on line but may be able to get yourself put back in the DB. They might have changed it so they are only sending them to schools and GA AOC holders now.

mrmum thanks for that.
The smaller download is exactly what I was looking for.
I used to get it with the GASIL when my FI was current.
Thanks
