I have a different question here – it is for my research. What interest me now is that under the flagship of growing domestic flight demand and constantly expanded fleet, it is time for airlines to make decisions where and how to train aviation personnel.
What is your opinion on this case? Which model is better in-house TRTO or an external partner for training? What advantages, disadvantages and ways to ensure aviation safety you could highlight comparing these models? Maybe you have any other suggestions?
