Interesting way to spend Canada Day.

Just used my C-150 to fly a night search for two lost boaters on Lake Simcoe, (reported to have no life jackets:ugh:). The search was in conjunction with my Fire Department, and the OPP. We found them. It was our third call today, with the first being a drowning.

Here's hoping that the rest of the weekend works out more safely!

Best Canada Days of my life were spent in Red Lake, Ontario and I miss them more and more every year that passes.

Hope everyone had a wonderful day and that the trouble spots of the world may one day have what we take for granted sometime.
