biased report.
using the short stay rates for long stays.
this is just to give airports ammunition to raise landing fees.

Not that biased - the overnight parking at Liverpool cost me more than the return flight to Belfast last year.

Mnay biz folks use the short term for overnights and just bill it all because their time is too precious to ride the bus to the mid or long term park. If a person is late and has to decide miss the flight and cheaper parking whilst waiting for the next? Most will try to catch the flight.

The cost of srop off and pick up is the big one, in my humble opinion.

Whilst the parking of a light aircraft may not be particularly excessive at these airports, once you've factored in landing and handling the cost would be considerably more.

Parking is one thing but charging for pax to be dropped off or picked up is pure greed and a scandal which should be outlawed. On the continent even the majors allow for free pick up and drop off - right in front of the terminal too!!!
