Bottom 12 guys/girls in 744PAX Seniority List are all still Captains Under Probabation....plus there are 4 currently doing their Commands on the 744. Without volunteers this could get messy/bitter? Here's an idea....upgrade some Captains on the Airbus. They're sitting on bypass pay anyway! ZFT eligibility...must do 500 hours AND 100 sectors in current role before eligible for conversion to another type. Does that mean CX can change that? Sure. But, it does offer at least 6 months perhaps, before being eligible, in the meantime...those just becoming eligible for pax command or volunteers can fill the gap. Either way...just a matter of time before the draft catches up. Canada still accepting draft dodgers like before? |
