It's kinda long term, but not very!

Retirement whilst fit is 6 months off, and Wifey and I have fancied the idea for ages. We only know by the sea, the Malaga bit, and tht'll do as a start.

Any advice welcome, on areas, cost, pitfalls, etc; but the biggie is, can you do it for the online prices, which for us is 800-1000€ per month. Or are they only for 6 months upward? Ta.

Oh yes, agent recommendations very welcome!

Pictures taken on the Costa Brava, about 30 minutes from where I live - and not a highrise block in sight ! Thats the Mt Canigou range in the top picture, just under 9000' and snow there for most of the year. On the shoreline, hardly visible, the marina city of Empuriabrava with 22kms of man-made waterways.

Watch out for service charges. With some of these rental companies you're apt to find a 15% service charge on top. That might be all right for a week vacation rental but not for a couple of months worth.
