As of Friday, 22 June 2012 - Sriwijaya Air has suspended the RECRUITMENT and HIRING of Expatriate Pilots from walk-in interviews.

This does not affect the pilots currently hired or in the process of being hired. It also does not affect anyone from any of the recruitment agencies.

This is just for the pilots who are currently walking in to the Operations Office looking to apply. Unfortunately, Sriwijaya Air have now put up a sign which states the above.

Sriwijaya are now no longer taking people from the street. :ugh:

I am sorry to all the guys waiting to hear back from Sriwijaya or were hoping to come here and apply.....hopefully, the doors will open again soon.

Just a heads up as I was there the other day and NO I do NOT work for Sriwijaya..... but saw the sign and have plenty of contacts there :ok:

and all other CPL holders, not only from India: bad timing to look for an aviation job.
Consider something else (call center, IT, etc) until the market is on rise again.

Nam air will never exist. Everything was cancelled. Sriwijaya is fighting to survive.
We are more than 100 pilots waiting to start to fly since last year.just ignored by the airline. No salary.
No more airplanes coming.
Arif (Avia) and flygosh (Andy) are SCAM.
Do not contact this people.
Citilink is the last scam from them. If you want to try this airline, try directly with Garuda. There the new 250h rule in Indonesia. If you meet the requirement, just put your ass on an airplane and contact the airline directly. They will give you the job!
