Is it possible to pay cash money when I'll be there in London?

When I booked my class 1 I was asked to pay over the phone and as far as I know that is the only option. It is probably best to ring the CAA and ask.

correct, the UK CAA will issue EASA licences/medicals from the 17th Sept.
