Is there such a thingy as a common EU directive on the airside dress-code?

In my opinion the documentation you are looking for is Directive 89/391/EEC (http://osha.europa.eu/en/legislation/directives/workplaces-equipment-signs-personal-protective-equipment/osh-directives/4).
