Just had raised values of Urobilinogen come back during medical. Can anyone cast any light on this ? Google seems to suggest liver problems.

Boy, haven't dealt with Urobilinogen since med school days, decades ago! A GI specialist might shed more light, but my understanding is that the main place urobilinogen testing shows up now is on a urine dipstick, which tests for a half dozen things.
Get a blood "liver panel" done, then you'll get a proper answer.

Presume this was raised urobilinogen on a urine dipstick? It is a test for liver damage and haemolytic anaemia.

Needs to be interpreted with the urinary bilirubin level and serum liver function tests. See your GP or a gastro-enterologist.
