Anyone has any idea about salary and perks for Spicejet Co-pilots ???

The perk is that you get to be paid to fly a 737.

Didnt hear any good reviews, be it about the management or training department. Infact a few Kingfisher ATR senior FOs who decided to join Spice on Q400 decided to stay with Kingfisher after having an interaction with the spice management !!

The guy who was running the show is now back to what he was doing previously!! Taking classes! Is tht true? Must have bought smiles on lots of faces..

Senior FO's and Captains on ATR from Kingfisher had started joining Spice since September 2011 for 737 !!!

I dont know exactly how many hours on the right.... but they were promised to be upgraded to left after 350 - 500 hrs which obviously made a lot of existing 737 senior FO angry !!! :mad::mad:

As of right now.... they have stopped all recruitment... They are in process of clearing backlog of the CPL 737 batch.... the kingfisher pilots.... and the 737 type rated batch inducted in october 2011.... :):)
