ATPL Conversion Courses

Can anybody offer me some information on to where is the best training facility which offers ATPL Conversion Courses? What is the process involved in converting a FAA ATPL to a Canadian ATPL?

I'd have a look at "ProIFR" located at two locations on the west coast. I've heard good things about them from othes. Check them out at www.proifr.com. Hope that helps.
