 Well surprise....
During last 15 years whole 9A country, wannabe soon EASA
full member, have no decent platform for SAR homming in accordance to ICAO Annex 12. (helicopter or fix wing)

Our dear CCAA.hr by today issued public communication,
have no any Annex 12 related responsibility.
Their responsibility stops on my aircraft first aid box
& bandages, date of production.

In mean time Draft of National Programme for (http://ccaa.hr/default.aspx?id=332)air safety (http://ccaa.hr/default.aspx?id=332)
ENG / HR pages 20. to 23.
hanging for years in draft - full of empty words.

CCAA Safety in paperwork only is First..... :}

Any, smart advice?
(Yes, yes I know: "Fly somewhere else, where Safety have real meaning")

Good one :D
I like to fly in 9A but here in our nice helicopter wonderland,
helicopters are allowed to fly only airport to airport all
credits to "safety" in CCAA.hr
Welcome to safest possible, burned ground and empty sky,
no more safety possible

(Except for police helicopter unit, flying nice old timers B206)
:ok:
