Business Aviation regulations

Hi folks!

I am currently looking for a manual about business aviation regulations. The EU-OPS1 is about Commercial Aviation, I was wondering if Business Aviation is associated to General Aviation by law?

Does an EU-OPS2 exist or something like that?
