What is the red fluid coating in wheel wells (nose gear and main) - on both brand new and old aircraft, a coating over the entire wheel well area? seems to be non aircraft specific by image search on web, but large transports.

Corrosion Inhibiting fluid. (Dinitrol or similar)
Found on most of the internal structure to prevent/slow growth of corrosion.
