'Floating' being the operative word with those new (ish) winglets!

I see they based there most of the time?
I suppose it makes sense to put them up there with those winglets. Wasnt sure if they would get the loads up there.

Saw a non-winglet TC 757 approaching into EGKK yesterday - presumably that's not one of the -300s?

Both are now based at GLA for the summer.

So far they are both behaving much better than last summer aswell!

Mightve spoke too soon there haha. Just seen one is currently in PMI with a pretty severe delay not sure if its the actual a/c or just them running late. Are they old a/c?
I heard myself they were pretty tech prone last yr. Must've caused a right emss with schedules for the GLA base last yr having both.

The 300s are having the odd sortie into Manchester as well, there was one on the Friday evening Tenerife flight last week

11.1 years old is correct! I had the pleasure of flying her into the UK for the first time from the Boeing factory in Seattle :)

Just to clarify; both 757-300s remain Glasgow based until the English school holidays kick in (mid to late July) when they move to Gatwick.

Are both of them off to Gatwick thought one always hung around Glasgow even last summer i thought that was the case.

I can see why they would place them at GLA to make full use of those winglets.
