Where's the Ark

We had a discussion on this at my monthly FAA Association meeting (South Down branch) - where is the Ark Royal - it had been rumoured it would be on e-bay a couple of months ago but now its gone strangely silent -is it anchored up somewhere in Fareham creek ??

Is it not berthed in the reserve dock at Portsmouth...the same berth that Invincible occupied for all those years in reserve. Was last time I flew by it.:confused:

Yep. Still sitting quietly alongside in 3 Basin. Creek berths are stuffed with 22's and Manchester.

I have "noah" idea - except that she might well be at the top of Mount Ararat. Oh, that ARK - well, she might as well be at the top of Mount Ararat too for all the good she is now.
