Re-Clear Flight plans as a way of extending range

I'm after a bit of help from the Flight Planning Guru's out there. I'm using JetPlanner and usually use RCFP's for reducing the fuel carried... but is it possible (and legal) to use as a RCFP to extend the range of the flight?

Example:
Flight from EGSS - KDEN will not calculate as it needs MBF, but if I use a reclear airport of KSAW, I will get a reclear plan both for KSAW and KDEN, but will still not receive a Primary plan for KDEN.. which from what I understand means that I will not be legally able to use it. As both reclear plans are short plans, they cannot be filed or used by the crew. Is there another way of doing this?

Any pointers or even a complete re-education on this would be helpful.

You file the flight plan for an airport that you can reach. At the planning stage you take an area around 80% along the route and choose a waypoint and create a flight plan calculation from that waypoint to the airport that you would really like to go to. When the crew get to that waypoint they see if they have the fuel required from that point to desired airport and if they do they declare their intentions and go there.
If they do not have enough fuel to do that at this point they stick to original filed plan.

Most systems should allow you to 'airstart' a plan from a point as per Grasscarp's comments, of course assumed data such as altitude, weights at chosen 'airstart' point have to be applied. Thanks to Jetplan one had no longer to go back to Boeing winds aloft and DC8 de-basic charts:ok:
