Rates C560XL

Hi,

would anybody advise me of current rates for Capt/FO for C560XL Europe based AOC ops? what's the average total hours you guys flew last year?

any idea rates for private ops? and freelance?

I can tell from my limited experience that you can find a lot of differences, even within the same country.
Where I work I can tell you of three operators (managed planes), one with a net annual salary of about 37/38k €, including per diems.
Another one with about the same salary, plus car and cell phone, and lunch/dinner paid on top by the company when away on duty/layovers. Salary fixed, doesnt matter how much you fly.
The third one is another story, about 20/25k € net a year, including per diems.

The average in my case is about 15 days a month of duty, circa 350 hours a year of flight.

As you can see a world of difference...
