Hi,
I am a Pilot Instructor for FliightSafety International. Could I ask you to forward to me the easy way a pilot can identify his Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System and/or data base as to whether it is using the enhanced algorithm that does not require him to disable the EGPWS during use of QFE altimeter settings for approach and landings? Thanks!

Not sure about an enhanced algorithm, but Bombardier aircraft are only required to inhibit the EGPWS when GPS position information is not available.

I fly to QFE airports in a B737 with a CDU that has the QFE option.
It is allowed by Boeing, just that LNAV is not allowed below Transition Altitude as the FMS altitudes are In QNH.(ie in LNAV you would turn at the wrong time, raw data departure needed).
