There was a thread here not long ago (now gone) about somewhere on the island where you could get a substantial discount on certain brands of whitegoods if you show your CX ID.

This one is in Kowloon but try eCOX Electronic Depot 電器資訊網 - www.eCOX.com.hk (http://www.ecox.com.hk) ask for Sam, they have all sorts of brands and some great prices, i brought a shop demo double door siemens frigde, RRP 18k for 10k, it was in mint condition and by all evedence it hadnt even been turned on, brought a new reverse cycle Aircon for 4k less than fortress they organised instalation at a better rate too, Highly recommended.
