What is the best way for someone with zero hours to get a pilot job with either an airline or air cargo company in Asia?

I know Cathay has a cadet pilot program that is open to expats? Are there any other Asian airlines that have a similar program?

Are there any respectable flight schools in Asia with expat programs?

It looks like you are unware for airlines' cadetships.

There only 3 airlines in the whole world took in foreigners as cadets are

1st. SIA (first and the only airline did this for many years. Recruited Malaysians, Hong Kees, Indians, Caucasians & etc.)

2nd. Cathay Pacific (Majority are Caucasians but not Hong Kees. It lasted for few years when it first started doing recruitment. Things are better and later took in Asians)

3rd. Emirates (recruitment advertisement says so, but in reality, they took in their own Middle-East people)
