Very straightforward airport thanks to HK Radar, have always been given shortcuts inbound to 34. The floating runway can easily get covered in fog though, wind changes are also common - starting the approach with 15kts tail, landing 15kts head etc. Nice strong crosswind on the right day too.

Departures can get delayed waiting for release from HK - nothing to do about that.

If the winds favor the LOC RWY 16, study your chart before trying to fly it! It is not a straight-in approach, and you must be sure to turn southeast on the miss. Otherwise you hit the hill called Taipa Pequina.

Macau is a nice place - lots of fun. Lots of bling in the casinos.

Without FMC,It looks pretty challenging for miss approach.

Given the recent incidents involving arguments on the flight deck, I misread the title of this thread as "Macho experience sharing please"... :)
