im looking for aviation related internships somewhere in europe,not refering,of course,to pilot internships or paytofly schemes such eaglejet etc but vacancies that an aerospace/aircraft engineering student could intern.any info or experience much appreciated!

If you are looking for a three months work experience, you would struggle. However, there are a number of different apprenticeship schemes that are open to engineers. Mainly in the design industry. If you are looking for hands on work experience that too is going to be difficult- unless of course you have contacts. (unfortunately)
EU is a super option, however you will find that alot of the companies would require you to communicate in their language fluently.
