Hi all,

Just curious on what would be reasonable pay for a pilot on a G5/GLEX size aircraft in Asian countries like HK, Singapore or Malaysia (or even China) working for a private owner? How big a difference in salary would you expect between a PIC and FO?

Let's say medium experience on type less than 1000 hours.

What benefits are companies offering?

Thanks in advance.

Would you believe US$36,000 per month plus housing allowances etc in a GLEX....... Just under half for F/O.

I wouldn't believe it if the guy wasn't a relative.....

But generally it appears to be around US12-15k.....

HK differs to other places due to housing, FO on a G550 is around $160 000 and PIC around $220 000 P/A.
Expect to pay around $4000+ pm for accommodation and 15% income tax.
However, it is still decent money and a great place to live and work.
