Hi all,
just had a presentation, the food looks and tasted very, very good indeed.
Almost everything is made from scratch, in-house.
They are close by and have a vast selection to choose from.
Seems a welcome change from just one caterer and the hotels in the area.
The company ( Galley Cuisine (http://galleycuisine.com/) ) is run by two chefs, one of them is also a corporate flight attendant / in-flight chef.
They have put alot of time and effort in instruction and packaging, keeping in mind crews and smaller a/c with little /no galley.
Give 'em a try, bon appetit!
