I suggest if you have trouble getting the roster this afternoon, log a fault report with IT (via the link on IntraCX IT).

If the IT managers report to their managers a spike in fault reports, it doesn't look good. No one in CX likes to be noticed for poor performance.

If we have problems getting the roster it will be due to a lack of computing resources allocated to the task. Another area where the company is too tight for their own good and treat us with contempt.

I don't understand why they don't just email a PDF roster file to us. Surely not rocket science (but perhaps it is to the clowns that do our IT).

i heard someone was still getting a roster whilst the rest of us get a la la land plan that changes on a daily basis.

(a good idea though!)

I've just pre sent mine in anticipation. :E

IT Dept > IT support - Log an Incident > To log a General incident.

Loss of revenue/operation stopped would surely get their attention.

Where's I load 5T extra out of frustration?

Of note, it says it was generated about 9pm on the 14th????
