Can I take my laptop into cun? I seem to remember a notice from my airline (since customs decided they dislike crew!) saying that we can not take XYZ in and wondered if laptops were on the naughty list! :ugh:

Cancun Customs really dont like crew.

No alcohol or cigarette allowance and as far as I remember no laptops or tennis rackets!

Yes, my first thought was wear a condom.

On the crew dec. clearing customs in Lima Peru about a decade ago, I thought I was going to have my laptop confiscated. I understood then they were real tight on importation and taxation of electronics, thought things would have changed by now.
