This one
http://www.eurocontrol.int/aim/public/standard_page/web_eur.html
used to contain a handy list of national AIP websites, but is now gone.

This one
Eurocontrol data cache (http://eurocontrol.gryph.de/)
has been apparently taken down by Eurocontrol complaining about it.

This works for me...

EUROCONTROL - The European AIS Database: Introduction to EAD Basic - Home - Home (http://www.ead.eurocontrol.int/eadcms/eadsite/index.php.html)

You have to register etc but once you have you can log in, go to "enter applications" in the top left corner after logging in, then select "PAMS Light [AIP]" on the next page...

Same here. PAMS Light still up and running. Although the Greece AIP doesn't seem to have made it there yet...;)

archive.org is the saviour as usual

here (http://web.archive.org/web/20110612144705/http://www.eurocontrol.int/aim/public/standard_page/web_eur.html)

:E

I've put a version here (http://www.peter2000.co.uk/aviation/misc/euro-ais-sites/EuropeanAIS.htm) which no longer contains the back-links to archive.org, in case that drops them... its a bit tacky but the URLs and email addresses are there.

The issue with the Eurocontrol Pams Light site is that the stupid site creator is constantly changing the site structure. After more than 7 years of this, I can only assume it is deliberate, to stop people bookmarking documents, and to make bulk grabbing of the site a constant battle.

I know somebody wrote a grabber a year or two ago; the whole site came to about 20GB. It had to be quite clever and put in random time delays, to fool the server into thinking it was a human browsing the site :)

Just got an email from Eurocontrol. Never knew they read p p r u n e :)

The AISs are now here (http://www.eurocontrol.int/services/online).

This currently leads to this PDF (http://www.eurocontrol.int/sites/default/files/content/documents/information-management/20120305-ais-online.pdf). I had some trouble downloading it, with the browser hanging most of the way through, but 2nd time, after rebooting the PC, it worked.

The EC and Eurocontrol appear to go out of their way to develop the worst performing and least user friendly software in use on planet earth, why, I have no idea.
