All this training should be paid for by company. In my enviroment it holds little weight on the resume. More or less practices and procedures that are common knowledge.

If you are a contractor you pay for this training yourself. And these days in Europe if you don't hold a current cert for HF, FTS etc it means no contract. No matter how good the rest of your CV is.

Sorry to hear that. The liability should be on the company (cheap bastards) and not expected of you. It really does disturb me. Best wishes to the op of finding some low cost decent training.

Does the EASA HF (Module 9) consitute the HF course I see advertised or are they different courses?
