Just wondering: has anyone ever heard about Vietnam Airlines CC recruitment and the requirements to work for them?
They apparently do not seek flight attendants at the moment (they just offer pilots positions on their website)...

As far as I know, they only recruit expat pilots. The cabin crew is only Vietnamese or fluent in Vietnamese.. The positions are filled fast and people tend to stay flying for longer (similar to Europe and US). No idea about recruitment process though...
