Ok not entirely (yet!):

CTC Aviation - Head of Training - Brize Norton Oxfordshire

Posted: March 2, 2012

Closing Date:

A client of CTC Aviation - Thales is looking for a post-holding senior individual with considerable Airbus training experience. Already a post holder with the qualifications to operate a TRTO, you will be responsible for establishing and managing thier A330 TRTO activities and for shaping the furture of their operation.:ugh:

This one has been doing the rounds for >7 months. The thinking is that the pay/conditions AT are offering are too low. See here (http://www.pprune.org/military-aircrew/441090-airtanker-7.html#post6613769).

Yes A_A, I think what greenedge is suggesting is that previously recruitment seemed to be all through AT themselves but now they are outsourcing to CTC who are the darlings of the LoCo training world for cadets/Flexi Crew see column 2 of:

Why can't AT get Airbus to provide A330 type training as part of the purchase price for RAF crews?
