EK accomodation improvement

Hi!,
Does anyone at EK know if home improvents are allowed on the company provided accomodations?. i.e. Floor, tile, carpet, wall paint color changes... W.o. Modification of structures or outside design.

Technically no, in reality yes.

You just have to either leave it as you found it, or pay for it to be re-done when you leave.

Nope. You won't know who the next tenent is or when they are coming.

You have to pull upyour garden and watering system- just so they can pay to have a new one installed.

It has to be left as it was when you moved in- no more, no less.
