I see that Solomons have been operating the A320 for a while now and all is quiet on pprune. Does anyone know the T&C's and how they recruit for the international operation? Or does someone else operate it for them?

Can find this article here (http://australianaviation.com.au/2010/12/strategic-loses-solomons-contract/)
Says they took it over themselves in March 2011 from Strategic.
They do the cabin crew, nothing about flight crew, though maybe thats inferred.

And this one here (http://worldairlinenews.wordpress.com/2011/09/18/solomons-is-now-operating-its-first-airbus-a320/)
About their AOC approval by CASA Sept 2011

Majority of Tech Crew for Solomon Airlines are close friends of CEO Ron Sumsum and are ex Air Vanuatu who operate Boeing 737 aircraft, jobs for the boys (mates) so to speak!
Solomon Airlines paid a huge amount of money to convert these Boeing 737 Captains to A320 (so called Captains) including the CEO himself.
Cabin Crew are all Solomon Islanders who have many years of experience in Boeing 737 aircraft and also converted.
