Spansh/Portugese Civil Aviation Authority web sites

Does anyone know the web sites for the Spanish and Portugese civil aviation authorities. one with an english translation? all the ones I've found don't give much informaton.

Hi there johnnypick, have you tried www.inac.pt (http://www.inac.pt) ?
It´s the Portuguese civil aviation autoritie site, maybe it will help.
are you intrested in coming to PORTUGAL to work?:)
