12 firm orders for S92
1O firm orders for a mix of AW 139, 169 and 189 plus 5 options
Question : the AW order has been sign by the Inaer Group representatives, what is the link between Bond and Inaer ?

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, the US private equity group, announced the purchase of a large stake in Grupo Inaer, the Spanish helicopter operator, from Italy’s Investindustrial in a deal valuing the company at about €700m ($924m).(49%)
along the way they also bought 100% of Bond. They belong to the same owners but keep their brands and compete in different markets, mostly Bond goes (and I guess will keep going) for Oil&Gas and INAER mainly for HEMS and fire fighting.

Bond signed an MoU for AW139s etc mid-last year. See Bond signs MoU for AW139s, AW169s & AW189s | Helihub - the Helicopter Industry Data Source (http://www.helihub.com/2011/09/29/bond-signs-mou-for-aw139s-aw169s-aw189s/) for more details.
The acquisition of Bond Group by World Helicopters (along with Inaer and Australian Helicopters) is detailed on the same site, around May last year: World Helicopters acquires Bond Aviation Group for (http://www.helihub.com/2011/05/02/world-helicopters-acquires-bond-aviation-group-for-e300m/) . Apparently, the group was sold for €300m.
Having recently interviewed with Bond, I'm a fount of info all about them...
